RETURNS / REFUNDS

You agree that you are participating in the programmes or services listed on this site at your own risk and that we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any matter arising out of your participation (other than for matters for which we are not legally able to exclude or limit liability such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation).

Due to the nature of coaching, we do not guarantee any particular result. We will endeavour to ensure that all information that we provide is accurate and up-to-date but we shall not be liable for any claims arising from such information being inaccurate or not up-to-date or otherwise.
 
As you are able to download, make use of and copy the Course immediately, we will only offer refunds in limited circumstances at our discretion.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

​

I understand that life happens and some things are beyond our control, despite best intentions.

 

Therefore, if you're unable to attend a booked & paid for session and would like to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48hrs notice. This does not apply to training, workshops or programmes that are pre-designed and delivered on a set schedule & duration. If in any doubt, please contact us at info@marquezbeecoaching.com. Thank you.
